Vernon Women in Business (VWIB) is celebrating and honouring the outstanding contributions of women in our community through three distinct award categories. These awards recognize excellence, leadership, and impact in the North Okanagan.
Community Impact Award
Honours a woman who has made significant contributions to the community through volunteerism, mentorship, advocacy, or philanthropy. She leads with compassion and inspires change by giving back to the community.

Entrepreneur of the Year Award
Celebrates a visionary business owner demonstrating innovation, growth, and lasting community impact. She exemplifies innovation, integrity, and resilience, and contributes to the local economy through her work.

Changemaker Award
Celebrates a woman who is challenging the status quo and driving change in her industry or community. She brings fresh ideas, builds inclusive spaces, and leads boldly into the future.
