Dalyn Sjogren is the founder of Daysdream , a space devoted to supporting women in reconnecting with themselves—body, mind, and soul. And the creator of The Sovereign Woman, a 10-part guided journey for women ready to break free from old patterns and reconnect with themselves.

With a background in corporate leadership and program development, as well as training in clinical aesthetics, Reiki, Shiatsu, clinical and shamanic practices, Dalyn's work integrates a wide range of modalities. She creates grounded, safe spaces where women feel seen and heard, creating harmony and balance for their skin, body and soul, and begin to live in greater alignment with who they truly are.

Dalyn blends structure and intuition to create grounded, experiential, and loving spaces for genuine transformation within the skin, body, mind and soul.
