2. This service is for advertising your product or service purposes only

3. E-blast shall not contain advertising of a political or religious nature

4. VWIB reserves the right to refuse advertising

5. VWIB is a not-for-profit, unbiased business organization

6. Every effort will be made to accommodate the requested e-blast distribution date

7. Pictures must be submitted as a .jpeg only maximum width 650 pixels

8. Payment may be done on VWIB website thru paypal or by cheque and mailed to:
